No text or call is bothersome and they are always communicating and providing updates no matter what issue or success is happening. I love how they provide pictures from a simple fever to happier moments like pizza, swimming, and luau parties and I really appreciate how they make it a point to celebrate holidays and end of summer with trips to Knotts, teen center, library, etc. and they also make the coolest backgrounds with pictures for all the kids to share. Those touches you will simply not get at a typical daycare. I also love that the kids have time together so they enjoy each others company while swimming in Their clean pool or enjoying a movie and snack.
