Not only did he attempt to find covers for our wells at two different stores but he made sure he talked us through the work that they did today. It is the simple things like rolling up the electrical cord and pump for us that were in the window well for draining purposes, and they made sure the gate was closed. After Shane told me he'd give me the refund by June 8th (which I knew he wouldn't), I filed a claim in Berrien County Small Claims Court on 06/10. Based on Google reviews, this isn't the first time he's done this. DO NOT HIRE HIM! UPDATE 07/14/2022: The court ruled in my favor when Shane didn't show up today. He now has a certain period of time to pay me or the case will be added to his record permanently. I will update accordingly. UPDATE 07/28/2022: He has two weeks left to pay me per the court's order, after which I can file a motion to seize property from him. Assuming I'm not paid by then (which I'm sure I won't be), I will file the request immediately.

We met with Todd at the beginning to determine what we could do; Todd then put us in contact with Corinne who met with us on site and put together a really great plan. We were back and forth several times with recommendations from Corinne or questions from us and came up with a final design that is just wonderful. When the time came for the work to start, the crew (Oscar, Benito, Matt, Chris and Rafael) were at our house working by about 7:30 each morning and didn't leave at the end of the day until the work was done, often 5p or later. They cleaned up the area at the end of each day. They spoke to our neighbors when they had to use their driveway and made sure their driveway was cleaned up after the work was done. The crew was respectful, dedicated and very easy to work with. There was no loud music, loud voices or questionable language used by anyone ~ a true sign of a professional crew that cares about the projects they work on. The crew received several compliments and comments as they worked each day, and they were very appreciative that their work was being recognized by all that walked by. The landscaping compliments and completes our new home beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend Arcadia Gardens for any project you have at your home or business.
