So the sales technician, because they are both consultants of locks and keys, sought the brand of my topper and looked up the key code in their computer system. They found it ... it's 20 years old. YES! Okay so they tested the keys that would fit and after some trials and errors they got the right key to work. On my way I put my topper on Craigslist and sold the topper I no longer needed. After already being outside for some time trying to find a way in, My son called a locksmith from another company who showed up without the right tools (can you believe that?!) and then proceeded to leave my son in the freezing cold with nothing but a sweatshirt to go back and get his tools. He never showed back up and my son ended up going to the hospital in an ambulance. So, I called Wasilla Locksmith and spoke to David. He was friendly, genuinely concerned and rushed right over to my son's home. He was able to get the lock open and he made a spare key. He gave the keys to my son's coworker who had called 911 for my son and had come to the house at that point. He charged me exactly what he had quoted. I highly recommend Wasilla locksmith safe and vault!! They will take care of you! He also didn't Ask for any payment info until after the job was done and he kept me posted as he arrived to the home as I am out of state and was worried about my son.
