I just now left this establishment and I will not be back. I've been getting my eyebrows and lip waxed for years at various locations as I travel ALOT for work. #1 - She was in way too much of a hurry especially with no waiting customers. #2 - Very rough in every way...the way she turned my head, the way she applied the wax and everything. Maybe she didn't want to be there...not my fault. #3 - Now that I take a good look at my eyebrows, theres no shape and lots was missed. I went to luxury nails yesterday to get a mani/pedi. I'm not sure if the woman was trying to get an ingrown or what but this hurts so bad. I am worried about getting an infection now. The visit started bad. I have a coworker who invited me here today and when I walked in I immediately felt rushed to pick a color and decide what I wanted. Just a pedicure. It would have been nails too... but I just can't. Starting my pedicure with lukewarm water should have been a tip off. My nail tech knicked my skin when doing my cuticles. He covered it immediately with the towel then used nail glue to stop the bleeding. I guess that scared him because he didnt do much after. A couple half hearted "sorry's" later and we moved on. I knew coming in that my heels were bad but hearing "oh god" followed by random grunting is never appreciated. The exfoliating/leg massage were hastily done and felt very rushed. My tech had someone else take over, they are pretty much re doing my whole pedicure. Re working the spot where I bled, checking for hang nails. I'm still bleeding, they're holding an alcohol soaked pad on it, so it burns, and they put the flops on me.. we'll see if they even do my polish. Update: second person rushed through my polish. I came in here to relax, and I'm leaving upset, and I don't even really like the end results. Should have read the reviews BEFORE walking in, waste of time and money. Will most likely not be returning. They took $10 off, so I guess they tried. But still, overall terrible service. read more

The lady had a attitude and was rude the minute I walked it. She took a fake nail and shoved it under my acrylics to get them off and even went under my real nail multiple times. Every time I said ow or pulled my hand she yanked it back. It's been two days and my nails are already coming up on the sides and end. She had no idea what she was doing they are sideways and uneven and look terrible. Not only that the floor was filthy and she just wiped everything on her table onto the ground. This was my first time going to this nail salon, I was kind of iffy cause I didn't really see any reviews, but overall was amazing!! I will continue to come here !! Ny did my nails !! If you're looking for someone who does coffin I highly recommend seeing her! She knows what she's doing, she's super nice !!! They are very welcoming, my husband got a pedi & they made him feel very comfortable & come out of his comfort zone he doesn't like his feet touched but he decided to try out a pedi & loved it, said he will get one every time I go to do my nails! Didn't have to wait for her to do my nails, she said they are usually busy on weekends but since everyone is on vacation it's been slow so not guaranteed in the future you'll have to wait . read more

So I normally don't go to spas or salons, but this one is where I go if need be. I get eyebrows done here and they do a good job. The ladies that do brows I will say tend to rush a bit, but ultimately they do a good job of them. The pedicures are awesome here, the guys that do it are pretty nice and will joke with you. But they are also the type of people that if you don't want to talk that's fine and you can enjoy the silence (as an introvert I respect this). The prices are good here, but the experience is better if you become a regular. Which I see many people that are on first name basis here. read more

Two kids that belong to worker running around not a place to relax if that's what ur looking for. Music wasn't relaxing but not in English wasn't a good experience won't be back. read more

I have been going to this nail salon for the past 8 yrs or so. I love all the staff! They do a very good job. The owners are super sweet and have always made me feel welcome. They can do all kinds of nails / designs. I read some of the negative reviews and disagree. People have to understand that if you walk in to a salon and they are super busy, then you will probably have to wait a bit. A solution to that problem is to make an appointment. Awful I have never experienced anything like this!! The woman ruined my nail beds! I am contemplating a lawyer and I'm calling BBB AND MAKING A COMPLAINT MY NAILS HAD TO BE TAKEN COMPLETELY OFF BY The ownerHE APOLOGIZED FOR HER RUINING AND BLOBBING ON MY NEW FULL SET !! Stay away run don't go. I have had my nails done all over the World never have I seen anything like this. The woman was yanking my hands she cut my cuticles making them Bleed she actually put my nails on crooked ? She would look out the window every 2 seconds. Came out with worse looking nails than upon entering. The man used the nail buffer tool to remove my shellac instead of acetone soak off which in turn burned my nail bed. I then asked for him to file down my nails but instead cut them short and uneven. He then left them coarse and did not buff out the nail bed to make it look smooth. I did not get polish on my nail (due to lack of impatience and frustration). I was then charged 40$ for the pedi which was decent nothing special and 20$ for my botched nails. I felt like $60 went down the drain. I came in due to my normal salon being closed early on Saturdays. I will not be returning. read more

Worst place ever!!! Smell was so strong gave a headache!! Charged me $50 for a fill which normally is around 20 to 25 any other nail salons.. ( salons that are lot nicer then this place)my nails came out horrible!! And yesterday was 3 days from getting them done the nails are lifting!! Never in my life have I ever been so disappointed!!
