This place is usually pretty quick & they are reasonably priced. About $35-55 for your standard pedicure and $40 for dip nails Product quality is where the issue comes in... The pictures below will show what I mean. The color I picked from the book was completely different than the color put on my nails.... Then after about a week and a half the color on my nails had faded dramatically. They are very nice and quick so I'll likely use them again if I'm in a hurry but don't expect your nails to be how you want them! read more

I was in Midland from out of town. The pedicure was nice, but I had to wait about 30 minutes before they got started. They seemed under staffed. I was there on a Thursday mid morning, and they were busy. If I came here again, I would go when they first open. read more

I went for a pedicure today and was looking forward to some pampering with a friend. Girl Time is THE BEST! We tried a fancy new nail salon across Garfield road from Brew Street Bakery called Collagen Spa and Nails. My friend and I were told there was a 20-30 minute wait. We asked if we could get a drink, sit in a massage pedi chair and visit while we waited. So we got our polish, sat down and began soaking in semi-cool water. No one ever spoke or offered us a drink and no one even looked busy or rushed. So....45 minutes later, I asked how much longer we would be waiting and was told 20 minutes. Finally, after OVER an hour waiting and soaking a guy came over to start. I told him we came in the same car and we BOTH needed our pedicures or neither. He said, "Come back another day... sorry...come back again." No offer to give us a free pedicure or even a discounted service next time. So I have to wonder, how "sorry" were you realllly?? We wasted an hour and a half and we never got a thing except reallllly shriveled feet. Sadly, if they had been honest in the beginning, we could have gone somewhere else and tried them again another time. I would have respected that completely since we were walk-ins. There is no excuse for that sort of service...my time is valuable too. Support businesses that have integrity and genuine concern for the treatment of their customers. I recently moved to the area and had booked in to another spa. I arrived and it was dirty so started driving home and saw Collagen Spa. So glad ai did not look at yelp first. The place is 5 star and so are the people. It is beautiful and spotless. I have no idea why people try and crush businesses on this. I will be going back for sure I found my little spot of zen. Gosh $56 for a regular pedicure...no frills. $20 extra for gel. It was a great pedicure but still, skip it here and save your money elsewhere. Definitely should've been told upfront gel is $20 extra. read more

Okay. I've given this place two try's and both times have been subpar. The first time I got a pedicure and it felt like the guy was cutting me everytime he would cut my cuticles. Then today I go in for a cute Valentine's Day mani and I come out with an awful shaped heart (on both hands) and crooked nails. Definitely not cute like I wanted. My sister and I came in 30 mins before close without knowing they closed at 7:30, the lady at the front greeted us with a smile And still seated us. And the proceeded to give us a good experience. They took their time on our pedis and gave us wine, our nails ended up looking amazing! They didn't rush us or make us feel uncomfortable for coming so late, instead just took care of us! The worst nail salon I have ever been to and I have frequent many in Midland searching for a reputable salon. Aubrey was very sweet. Kristy was absolutely unprofessional, argumentative horrible attitude. Threw the nail color selector at me when I told her I did not want powder. Kim the owner and her husband did not engaged in the ladies yelling at each other! Not a good atmosphere poor customer service and nail knowledge was subpar. I actually had two ladies (customers) Come up to me and told me I was way too nice to them. And they will never be back again! Horrible experience! read more

I had the dip powder done about 2 months ago. When I had it removed my nails started to lifting or separate off my finger bed. I thought I was getting fungus but it's not that. I just found out its happening to another one of my fiends that came to this salon. Just wondering if there's anyone else out there that are having trouble with there nails since having them done here at this salon.
