This is my go to spot for my nails.. I have been a faithful customer for years and I wanted to make sure to let everyone know they are amazing. My nails last four weeks or more, the staff is so kind and so professional, the playlist is fire .. most reviews come from dissatisfied customers and the regulars don't think about it.. but I wanted to let you know you won't be disappointed here. In my years of patronage, I have usually gotten great service from the employees and am likewise satisfied with the results. The owner seems to wish he were somewhere else and is always angry because he's there and not somewhere else, so perhaps that's why he takes a hardline in any conflict whether he's right or wrong. No excuse! This attitude is costing this establishment business to its competitors. At least have someone respond to negative reviews to get the consumer back on your side or do you really just not gad? I would also consider this, you go somewhere and spend nearly $100 on a manicure and pedicure or even more than that for other services, and you tip the worker who did it $2. I'm sure the owner pays them as little as possible so tips are important. As far as customer appreciation, you get what is worth appreciating. read more

Do not go here! I should have known when they had no one inside on a Friday eve that this place wasn't any good. I went in for eyebrow wax and the lady who did the eyebrows seemed lost. She didn't brush the brows to shape, she just used a piece of tissue. She did a lot of plucking which was strange seeing that she literally ripped my forehead off with the amount of wax she used. The issue really came when it was time to pay. She said $9 and I gave her my debit card. She then tells me it's going to be $1 to use it since my total isn't over $10. WTH! I said nope I'm not paying $1 when no where on the door or counter it says that and in the state of Texas law specifically bans debit card surcharging altogether and Connecticut bans surcharging for both debit and credit card transactions. Major card issuers, including Visa and Mastercard, expressly forbid surcharging debit card transactions. She didn't speak English, so all she kept saying was $10. No one there could say anything. Poor service and piss poor understanding of how to run a business. I see why no one is there! I will be reporting this salon. read more

I'm so disappointed! I've been coming here for over a year, never had a prior issue. And I easily spend over $100 on nails, toes and eyebrows. I went in for a gel nail removal, just a basic shellac manicure and pedi. Some older lady was assigned to me. I was there for 2.5 hours for a mani and pedi! Then my nails were coated with so much polish, it came out so thick and lumpy! I had no time to ask for a removal. So I go back and ask if they can just shave off the shellac for free, which is $7 btw. Didn't even ask for my money back or a new mani. Just if they could remove the shellac for free. They said no, that reason it came out lumpy was because of nail beds. Tried saying ALL my nail beds are this lumpy when I've been getting manicures for years! So first they weren't gonna charge me, then started taking it off. Then half way through the removal, said they were gonna charge me! I walked out! They just lost a loyal customer over $7!!! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would , Sam worked on my nails. I got my previous powder acrylic set soaked off (from a different shop) I told him I wanted them cut down , he stated he does that after he put the new color powder set on. He started on my nails and after he completed 2 I told him I wanted my nails thicker. He said he has been doing this for over 20 years and he knew what he was doing. I said that's fine but that's how I prefer my nails so they don't start chipping in the sides. He did one how I asked and the next 2 he didn't so I spoke up. He stopped doing my nails threatened to take what he had done off and I could leave. I asked another associate(Kathy) to please explain to him what I was wanting. She did so he proceed to start back on my nails. Which are paper thin , also not completed covered in the color powder which I pointed out he said no it fine. This place is the worst! 50$ for basic nails that didn't last a week! The owner is rude! He offered me no help and wanted me to pay more money for them to fix the 7 nails that broke. I did my nails on a Friday by Saturday night one broke then Sunday another and one more everyday until Wednesday now I'm down to 3 nails. My nails look ridiculous! I will never go back there and suggest no one go there. Money hungry business. Wish I could post the video of the owner telling me he's not going to fix my nails. Smh read more

Paid for a fill and pedi, shellac no chip on both hands and feet and in three days my no chip...chipped I went back and one of the employees did a sloppy job at fixing the chip and said I need to take care of my nails. Omg! Why is the place dirty & homemade? I shoulda just left because I felt the wrong vibe as I waited for my turn for a pedi. I stayed because it was close & my birthday was the following day. #TheWorst The man was dry & looked at me very unwelcoming as I was told go pick a color. I already brought my own because I wanted my toes to match my fingers. The station seemed unsanitized & dirty. I would have preferred the plastic bag most places put in the bowl. The pedicure itself felt nice but my feet were left rough. She used "The Cheese Grater" #Disaster The younger lady applied my gel polish. I guess the older lady didn't know how. It looked nice but over the course of 3 days every toe peeled off except the big toes. Like I said it was my birthday & I was out of town. #Screwed I had to reapply polish myself. The cherry on top was that I was charged.... $48.00!#Where? I tipped each lady $2 because I can never not leave a tip. However I will never go to this "salon" again. Lesson learned. I've been going here for a while and they've been doing a pretty good job until now. Up until today I've been going in for solar refills and every time I've asked for french the french tip has been painted on top of the gel before the top coat and has looked great. Today I asked for the gel to be completely redone and he cut my real nail down all the way to the top of my finger and put white tips on and then covered my whole nail in pink gel. I thought he was going to do what has always been done and put the white polish on before the top coat so the french tip would bright white but no. When it dried the white tip was tinted pink from the gel and what looks like bubbles on a few of my nails. When I asked if it could be fixed he said I should have asked for shellac french tip not white tip (I asked for french manicure not white tips) and I had to wait until next time to get it fixed. I will be going somewhere else to get it fixed. read more

Went here on Thursday 6/28/18 to get a full set. I specifically explained to the nail tech which I think may be the owner that I wanted my overlay applied thin and I kept stressing how I didn't like it thick and I didn't like the sides of my nails filed because my natural nail is wide so that's how I wanted my set to look. Fast forward to 7/01/18. I went in and asked him if he could drill some of the overlay off because of how thick it looked, he begin filing my nails on the sides. He told me that I wanted them wide and that it was ugly that way. I explained to him that's how I like it and he went into a small rage. Bottom line is he told me he couldn't do it. He said water would get in and cause the overlay to lift. I told him that I've been getting my nails done the same way for over 20 yrs and never had a problem with it lifting. He kept saying he couldn't do it and proceeded to tell me he did it how he wanted to. I thought I was paying for it and it was how I wanted it not the nail tech... SMH.... that is a huge problem when getting nails done. They basically do it how they want not how you want. Wish I could give him zero stars. read more
