The Dr here pushes people who are serious about becoming SOBER onto suboxone. He tells them that they NEED to take it and that they NEED to stay on it long term in order to get used to sober life when in reality some only NEED it to detox for a week. He needs to update his practices and stop pushing a very harmful addictive drug. Any addict who hears a medical professional tell them that they NEED to be on this drug will be happy but that's not what all of them actually need, they need someone who cares about their health and well being during a very difficult time for them, not someone out to make money. The Dr here is also incredibly shady. He prescribes this dangerous addictive drug over the phone without even seeing the patient. Most addicts will love to see this but again this is super dangerous!!!! This man needs to lose his license to prescribe medication. This has to be illegal some how and at the very least so unethical. read more

Dr. Rooks guaranteed my prescriptions were refilled, as requested by my local pharmacy. Her staff were on top of my records release request and her nurse Angela would call to let me know. I could check the pharmacy's app on my phone to verify the prescription was going through. Everyone at Tanner Primary Care made the transition as seamless as it could be, knowing I had lost my faith in the healthcare system. They are one of four physicians I trust to attempt to put their patients care first. I respect their commitment and courage. Everyone has the compassion to be able to assist and advocate for their patients. I will miss Dr Rooks. See and the physician who she took my care over from will always be missed.

This had been super hard for me to do. But I do think it needs to be done. I had breast…read moreaugmentation in early 2019 with Dr.Kahler. To make a long story short I have what he calls a "double bubble." And basically it looks like I have 4 boobs. The small amount of natural breast tissue that I have sits on top of my implant, creating a lump on a lump. They look awful and embarrassing. When I went to Dr.Kahler to ask him what's up with this, he basically told me that because I was so small and that the amount of implant was just a bit much for my size... I am 120 lbs and I now have a size C cup. They're not giant. So when I asked him how we were going to fix this, he told me he would have to put this mesh "sling" into each breast to basically hold the implants up and that my body would absorb the mesh and become scar tissue. Then he quoted me $3700 for him to fix them. (Notice the timeline- implants were pre-pandemic , and my follow-up appointment was after the lockdown.) This was in 2020 that he told me this price, so I'm sure if i went back now, it would be even more. I left crying when they told me I would have to pay nearly as much to fix them as I paid to have them in the first place. I am a hairdresser. I have had AT LEAST 3 of my clients who also had implants with Dr.Kahler that they aren't satisfied with. One woman told me she's glad she's married because she wouldn't want anyone new to see her breasts. I feel the same way, I'm glad I'm married because my breasts are embarrassing. My husband has told me they look "fuc*ed up." Another woman said she had to have one side revised within 2 months of her initial surgery. And another woman said he made her breasts way bigger than discussed. I absolutely will not pay this business that much money for him to FIX my breasts that he improperly implanted. Especially after someone told me about the "revision" he did on them and the awful outcome they now live with. i absolutely will not go back. I know too many women who have had issues with their breasts after surgery with him. And to be asked to pay THOUSANDS more to fix what I already paid thousands for in the first place. Do your research. I had even asked another local doctor what she thought about him doing my breast augmentation prior to my surgery and she told me "he's good for some things, but maybe not that" but I didn't listen to her because I'd already had my consultation and was excited about my surgery. Please, just do your research!!!

She went there unable to move on her own and unable to communicate. She now gets up every day in her wheelchair, transfers by standing with the help of a staff member, and she is on Facebook and can carry on conversations with yes/no answers and she makes her needs known with her facial expressions as well as hand gestures. We are thankful to have found a place she can call home. I visit almost every day and would not have her anywhere else.

This office is a nightmare. It's been constant medication issues for years. Always either not…read moreprescribed, not refilled, out of town, office staff is insulting and rude (Misty specifically is the worst). But the final straw for me however was after we moved. My children had a session with Dr Lowley the day before we left, said goodbye, shared anxiety and excitement, etc. I was concerned about how we were going to transition without insurance and with my son's medication. He suggested to see us his telehealth, asked if i had anyone who could pick up prescriptions and mail them to me, and that he would continue to prescribe them. And he did, until randomly at new years, his office decided with no warning to only prescribe 7/8 medications for my kids. When I asked, I was met not only with rudeness and unprofessionalism, they accused ME of trying to commit a crime or hiding that I moved or that I somehow was trying to get the doctor to act illegally. Immediately I explained there must be a mistake, he was aware bc it was HIS idea that he suggested in front of my teenagers so there are witnesses. I was then told he would NEVER do such a thing and have been made out to be a liar and a criminal. As a result, we had to scramble with my son out of medication trying to find new providers, no insurance coverage yet, and him struggling in life and school until it was finally solved 2 weeks later. The most concerning part is how easily this office will lie to protect themselves. I previously did not believe the accusations put forth about Dr Lowley and his inappropriate interaction with patients, but after immediately being the target once someone realized he was breaking the law, and it being turned on me with blatant lies, I believe everything. They are criminals at this office and will blame anything on you. Please be careful and do not entrust these people with your children or their care. It's truly unbelievable how adults just cannot take responsibility for their own actions. Shame on you all
