Recommendation: Amazing Screen Repair Service! Hey neighbors! I recently had an awesome experience with Eddie Jenkins with Serenity Screen Works for a screen repair, and I had to share. They were super responsive--answered my call right away and scheduled a visit the next day. The technician and owner Eddie was professional, friendly, and knew his stuff. He replaced 2 large screen pieces above our lanai, 2 smaller pieces and redid all of my lower screen splines, and it looks brand new. He even cleaned my gutters and repaired an extra screen at no extra charge! The price was extremely fair, no hidden fees, and he even gave me tips to keep my screens in top shape. As someone in real estate, I know how much a well-maintained home matters, and these guys make it easy to keep your property looking sharp. I was referred to this company by my roofing company to get a quote on some insurance damage. I called and got an answering machine and left my contact information. It them two days to call back(they said they were very busy). I explained what I needed and they asked me to take pictures and send send them over to them which I did. I also gave them my address when I first called so they knew where I was located. After they received the pictures they said they would have to charge me to come and do an estimate due to how far away I was from their office. They said an option was for me to examine the screens and let them know how many roof, side or door panels needed to be replaced. I did as requested and sent them the number of panels that needed to be replaced. I was told they would get quote over to me. After hearing nothing for two days I contacted them for an update. They apologized and said when they got back into the office, they would send it over. Three days later I had not received the quote and contacted them again. I was told they were having some "service issues". After still not receiving the quote and I contacted them again. This time, two weeks after trying to get a quote, I got a text saying, quote: "the owner decided to discontinue servicing all areas further than an hour away". They strung me along for two weeks and delayed me getting a quote for my insurance case. I told my roofing company to never refer them to this outfit. read more

I've used Serenity Screen Enclosures three times now and have gotten excellent service. Tiana and Ronnie are an excellent team and can provide timely service when needed. They came over to repair a single panel at 7:00 last night and the price was reasonable for a single panel. I have no hesitation calling them for future work when needed. I was happy with the initial install of our screen room, but after the first big rain there were a lot of leaks. Ronnie came out and caulked some areas, but there were still leaks. I called numerous times about getting the work finished and he even gave me a date that he would return, but then didn't show up. I've had to finish the work myself. read more

We paid Serenity Screen Enclosures, LLC/Ronnie Richar more than $14K to install a screen on our patio. After two months the company finally came to install after delaying. They only showed up for a few hours at a time stating finally they could not do the job and it was "too hard" for them. We asked multiple times for the original plans that we'd paid for, no response. We asked for the materials list so we could see what they dropped off and if it was correct, no response. We tried multiple times to speak with them via email and text, completely ignored. We dismissed them from our home and asked that they not return. We then had to hire another general contractor to come and evaluate the drawings and work. The GC determined that the job required more than two people to accomplish and that the site was missing critical materials to complete the work. After we paid more than $2600 + another $7K+ to have the work completed and contacted Serenity/Ronnie/Tiana who have yet ignored us once again. We are filing in small claims court to try and recoup some of our funds. I'll be glad to alter this post and remove it should the company comply. But I don't think they will. :( read more
