They have completed an unsatisfactory job, taken/stolen my money, acknowledge that the job was not done well, over promised and undelivered, said they would come back to fix the unsatisfactory job and....crickets. Sam Tasker and Trevor Templin have failed to respond, failed to refund my money, and have failed at repairing the unsatisfactory job at my home. I had received one of their flyers in the mail and scheduled the necessary work at my home. Do yourself a favor and throw it away. Save yourself the headache and heartache from dealing with them and their unacceptable business practices. My doors were returned uneven, there's large gaps from install, there are cracks, corners are chipped, and the locking mechanism doesn't work. Rest assured that I have voiced complaints and they've falsely promised resolution only for them to keep my money and leave me with doors that were poorly done and incomplete. If you want it done right, go somewhere else.

I had asked if it would be possible to have my doors back on before Thanksgiving. Knowing that he and his team had other jobs to work on, Sam and his team made it possible, which I am really greatful for them pushing my order/job through. They were able to strip the old color, which was cherrywood, and had it painted white. My doors look amazing and brand new, which also saved me a lot of money from buying new doors. I hired them to refinish two showers in a condo after reading their "raving" reviews. I also made it clear that if all went well, I had 3 other properties needing similar work. Well, apparently they do good work only for Disney and their wealthy customers. The cost was $1,500 for both showers in July 2024. Initially it's seemed like they did an ok job, but they missed multiple spots and let the paint run. I asked them to touch up, they said they did, and they immediately started harassing me daily for payment. I was out of town and could not verify the touch-ups were completed. I paid the bill, and surprise, surprise, touch ups were never done. I gave up. I had more work to complete on the condo, so it was Oct 2024, 3 months later, when I was actually able to use the showers. Immediately, the paint started bubbling up in both showers. Horrifying, right? I was thinking I could seal the bubbling areas with Sherwin Williams Peel Bond and All-Surface paint. Nope. The BathArt paint peeled off in SHEETS!! I realized it would all need to be stripped and redone. I reached out to them for help, and they "do not offer refunds but can touch up the paint" which was obviously a useless solution. Once I stripped all of the paint, I realized they had never completed their self-proclaimed magical process and "prepped the surface with their acid wash which allows us to etch the surface to the maximum and gives us the most adhesion possible. We also take it 1 step forward and use a self-etching primer followed by our polymer top coating system." Ha! Total BS. There was still soap scum and dirt on the shower floors and walls! See pics. This company is horrible in every way possible. What good is a warranty if this is the kind of low-quality work you can expect?

The paint job was bad and they left the vacant house an absolute mess and caused damage. When Erikson was contacted to find out when he would send an employee to clean the mess, he refused to correct and said he was sorry. We have 40 pictures and videos and he will not respond about what he thinks of their job performance. Furthermore, we found out 1 day before he was scheduled to start the floors he was out of state with no apparent intention to reschedule or do the floor job, to this he does not respond either. Do Not Hire this company they do not care about quality or taking responsibility. Very disappointed!!
