It just sounded like a way of listening to the body. There was alot of focus on my upper body (shoulders, front and sides of neck and in between shoulder blades) which is where I stated I feel the most tension. I didn't receive a whole body massage. There was alot of what seemed like working on different pressure points throughout the body, I don't know if that's the way to word it but it definitely wasn't a massage like I have experienced with past therapists. Also, there was conversation the ENTIRE time. I couldn't be rude and not respond but a relaxing massage to me is one with no talking unless I am signaling pain or the therapist asks about the level of pressure. I was really looking forward to a nice relaxing massage since it had been years since I had one but that's just not what I received. Bummer. Noting the place was really nice, clean and welcoming.
