It sucks having to go to one store for produce, another for bulk beans and spices and things... Instead of having dry goods in bins, everything here is wrapped in plastic. Animal- and environment-maiming plastic. Come on!!!! There's a much more reasonably priced and better quality selection of organic produce than at WF or Kroger. A good selection of gluten-free grains and baking flours, as well as GF snacks, cereals... A crazy amount of vitamins and supplements - one whole side of the store. Lots of nice bulk items you won't find elsewhere, like jasmine tea and cinnamon sticks. Unique chocolates and teas and trail mixes - all kinda fun stuff. Plus they give you a free lady bug bag on your first visit - so nice. --- some things aren't fresh, like berries, daikon; some arent fresh and are way overpriced, like ginger; there aren't some items like red onions, cherry toor cilantro. it was freezing in the store; the classes they offer aren't of interest; the beauty section (shampoo, lotion, solid peetc.) selection isn't great. I mean there are tons of products, and it's great you can sample them, but they're not that great of quality.

I chose the Raw Vegan Protein Powder because he assured me it contained no animal by-products, unlike the Egg White Protein Powder. I paid $54.48 in cash, tax included. After consuming the product at home, I became nauseated and eventually vomited. Upon checking the ingredients, I discovered that Stevia Extract was listed under "Other Ingredients." I am allergic to Stevia. I attempted to contact the store multiple times throughout the day, but I only reached voicemail. Finally, at 5:17 PM, the same salesperson answered. I explained my situation, mentioning that I became ill because of my allergy to Stevia. He asked if I had opened the product, and I confirmed that I had. He then claimed that he informed me the product contained Stevia, which is untrue--had he told me, I would not have purchased it. He further stated that he could not accept a return due to COVID policies. When I attempted to express my concerns, he abruptly hung up on me. This experience was extremely disappointing. The salesperson showed no concern for my health or the inconvenience I experienced, nor did he offer any solutions, such as a discount on a different product. This lack of customer service is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this store to purchase anything and I hope you will not either!!!
