I came in for a resume review meeting and both people I met with were very knowledgeable and helpful. I look forward to using their services more for my job transition and search. They also have computers to use and a great website with a lot of resources. I was able to schedule my resume review online very easily.

I had been there more than eight years and slowly realized that the longer I stayed, the more difficult it would be to advance my career. After all, I had been doing the same job for a while, not gaining major responsibilities. I started looking for another job passively about a year ago, then pushed harder in the Fall of 2021. I had lots of recruiters contacting me. I interviewed once or twice weekly. But I couldn't land that new job -- my lack of experience and time away from the industry I was trying to get back into had taken its toll. I also think there was some ageism going on, too, frankly. I'm in my 50s now. Instead of doing the same thing and expecting a different result (that's insanity), I looked into getting a couple Agile certifications for Product Owner and ScrumMaster. I didn't have the money to pay the fees. My wife had gone back to school, and I was the main bread-winner now. Someone told me that there was COVID-19 grant money available, so I looked at the Pikes Peak Workforce Center programs -- and it just so happened that they had one perfect for me. I applied and got a grant to obtain both certifications, and before I even completed the second one, I had a new job. Thanks to Pedro and everyone at PPWF! Without your help, I couldn't have made this career transition.

I've had therapists, counselors, etc. in the past & have never liked it, I now know why. When I first started seeing Nandi I was in a very dark place in my life. I was very depressed, recently became pregnant & felt like I had no direction with my business & life. After seeing her for just a short time I am happier than ever about my pregnancy & relationship. I'm confident about the direction my business is heading & have a whole new outlook on life. Her goal setting & genuinely cheering me on thru my journey meant more than I could have ever asked for. She would remember the little things I told her & showed a true interest in my personal life & helping me get better. I can't thank Nandi enough for getting my life back on track. The timing couldn't have been better & I can't wait to see what the future holds for motherhood & my business. Thank you so much Nandi!

Sometimes the itch shows up as frustration with our micromanaging boss. No matter where they come from, I help women bridge the gap between the dreams in the mind and the results they are creating in the world. How? Through mindfulness. I follow a philosophy that our thoughts influence the way we feel. The way we feel then influences the way we show up. The way we show up (action we are or not taking) influences the results we get. Voila! As your coach, I listen for both your desired results, thoughts about them and your feelings along the way. Together, we work to loving look at and clear up subconscious limiting beliefs that are no longer serving you, upgrade your energy, refresh your habits and create new desired results. This is about having your own back, trusting the desires placed on your heart and building the resiliency to bounce back from life's challenges, surprises and detours. Ready for new results? From start to finish, the experience was five stars. Katie personally reached out to follow-up with me before starting the course (after hearing from my manager I had some interest... thank you! I needed that!), my materials arrived on time, the online portal clearly outlined our three week session; our group size was intimate enough for everyone to actively participate. Katie's methods are authentic and truly come from a place of compassion and professionalism. It speaks to my own values as a person and manager. She has so many great talking points and nuggets of information. (I wish Katie could live in my ear!) But alas, that's impossible, so I'll need to continue to refresh myself on the materials (so grateful for the recordings), and stay in touch with via her newsletter and LinkedIn posts.

I've better understood how to elevate my team and myself. The biggest takeaway for me as a strengths-based leader was that I can center my teams strengths while never sacrificing the ability to build an amazing feedback model. Beyond the class, Katie has helped me elevate myself and overcome my imposter syndrome by giving me real tools that I can use every day. She is a great coach, who cares deeply and she shows it every day. Feedback isn't just a gift, it's a foundation to building a psychologically safe environment that fuels highly effective teams. I highly recommend Katie's services. I wouldn't be the amazing professional I am today without her.

Just... WOW! What an incredible experience having hired HR in the Wild…read more Within the last year I intentionally hydroplaned the proverbial car that was my career... Which, was a lucrative but dreary day-to-day that paid the bills and left me more mentally exhausted than a politicians PR manager. For the first time in 15 years a career hunt was underway. This was a borderline impossible task at first. Attempting to jump into the pool of recent college grads, tech-savvy-street-youths, and political PR managers isn't easy. Overcoming stress was the first step to waking up everyday. Then, chugging overpriced caffeinated bean juice and having a 1:1 pep talk into the mirror telling myself that I'm an intelligent, big boy. Yikes. These are all trivial, personal nuances that lead to a pretty great resolution. Be patient. Jeez. I was referred to Rayna via a mutual friend, and She was a massive breath of fresh air! The fog of fun-employment fastidiously flew away. Her knowledge of the job market, how things have changed in terms of A.I. (From both job-seeker and employer), and just genuine care were immensely helpful. Rayna's insight into the way companies are "weeding out" resume's and applicants was completely unbeknownst to me. Again, her knowledge of the job market was HUGE. After just one Zoom session, my mind was at peace. I was confident I would find a phenomenal job eventually. But, would it be the right one? Yes. Uh-huh. Yup. Would I be doomed to become a PR manager for a politician? Absolutely not. Why the f**k would you ask that? With Rayna's guidance and genuine care, I found an absolute dream career. I'm happy. I'm taken care of by my employer. I have work/life balance. I am finally fulfilled with my job. I want to retire with this new company and my newfound colleagues, friends, and coworkers. That's no bulls**t. Long-story-long, most career guidance people are... well, bland and boring. That's a blanket statement. Don't care. Sue me. I felt taken care of, considered, and most of all, 10000000% fulfilled after hiring Rayna to assist me during my chaotic new career journey. Without her help, I truly don't believe I'd work with the company I do today. 635325 out of 10. Would recommend. *Insert heartfelt thumbs up*

She is intuitive about what your company, or you as an indivual may need, which is her greatest strength.
