She inappropriately inserted herself into personal matters, asking intrusive questions about the sale of furniture and the details of my divorce--issues that were entirely outside her role and responsibilities as a real estate professional. She behaved as if she were a lawyer, offering opinions and making judgments on legal matters she had no authority over, which is completely inappropriate. More troubling, she withheld basic information about the sale process and outright denied my legal status as a co-owner of the property. I felt completely disrespected, dismissed, and excluded from the process. I would strongly advise against working with this agent, particularly if you're navigating a sensitive legal situation. Professionalism, ethics, and respect for clients are fundamental in this field--and unfortunately, all were lacking in my experience.
