I wish I had something nice to say because it would mean my issue has been resolved. I spoke with Sergio last night and made an appointment for 7:30 this morning. He never showed. I called, his voicemail box is full. No reply to my texts. I called his business number and the man that answered had no idea where Sergio was or how to get a hold of him. This is a terrible way to conduct business. Sure, people say he's got the best prices, but time is money and he's already wasted mine. It's my understanding that his business is fairly new, but that is no excuse for such failings. The very least the guy can do is respond to say he's sick or busy or abducted by aliens, or whatever his reason may be. Sergio came out to my condo mailbox and replaced the lock and gave me three keys. He did a great job and although the lock was not a standard lock he was able to find one to replace it. Came here after Toyota of Orange tried to rip me off quoting me $55 over the phone and $125 when I came in, to program a key fob. This place was recommended by Chapman Auto Repair. Sergio quoted me $60 over the phone but only charged me $35 after actually doing the job. It literally took like 2 minutes to program it (Toyota told me it would take an hour). Worst service ever. Terrible customer service. Three times I was told that I'd get a call back to get a quote. Never got a call back until I kept calling back and called then out on it. Sergio is "The King of Keys!!" I lost both my Ignition and Door Lock keys for my Toyota. I have AAA Roadside Service and they gave me a couple random Key Replacement Company numbers but told me they would only reimburse $150 of the cost. The AAA referrals estimates were between $450 to $600. I called a local key company who didn't do ignition keys and they referred me to Sergio. Sergio was at my house in 15 minutes and opened and made me a door key then opened the ignition unit and made the ignition key and a spare second set in 20 minutes. Sergio could have saved himself time by altering the original key configuration, but he made it better for his customer because he knew I would eventually find my original set which I did and all sets worked equally as well. He was so great I gave him a $20 tip. And "in my situation" his bill, with tip, was still under AAA Budgeted amount not to mention 1/3 the estimates of the other key service companies.
