We had a bit pf an emergency because of having key our Church group needed for weekly services in Temple, & not every business has hours compatible with folks' needs, or they try to use machines at HRB or Walmart & they don't work, which was the situation we were in. Need a locksmith? Ricky Brock is your man. We needed 5 locks rekeyed for our new home and the entire process took less than an hour. He showed up promptly and was very friendly and professional. I had called Brock's Lock & Key because my keys had been stolen out of my purse. I was visiting from out of state and was in a real bind. Rick, the owner, came out and made a key for me from scratch because there was no code on my door. He programmed it, with a built in fob. He was real nice and got the job done very quickly. Brock did a fantastic job helping us! He made us a few spare house keys & made a spare truck key for my husband with a fob on it that works perfectly! He even got the keypad on the handle working! Brock's Lock & Key started in Denton, TX in May of 2003, shortly after the owner, Ricky Brock, retired from the US Army. In 2013, due to his spouse's military service, the company was relocated to the current location here in Killeen, TX. We believe in delivering high quality work, professional service, and the best customer service. We strive to stay up-to-date with the newest equipment and education. When the technician left my car it was with a universal fob and NO key insert. The FOB was NOT…read moreconfigured to auto start the car. The technician said he would return to finish the job but did not. When I called for support the manager referred me to a separate locksmith to make the corrections. Upon arrival he determined the original tech had NOT left a key blank for him to cut. I had to settle for external keys that did NOT fit in the fob casing. The fob had to be re configured to work properly. I paid a handsome amount of money for an incomplete job and poor customer service. My personal opinion is that I will NOT be a repeat customer and will discourage others from using this service.

First they came in walking all over my home with no shoe cover or taking shoes off, I messaged the company and asked them to remind the cleaners to wear shoe covers as my child and spouse both have extreme allergies and they went out to the car to grab them, came back in and only one cleaner proceeded to put hers on while the short haired woman said she didn't understand why they would call to bother her about that and proceeded to walk my entire house without the shoe covers. Next, the short haired woman was dragging the vacuum into the primary bedroom and slammed it against the wall and peeled a piece of it off. Lastly, I mistakenly left my wedding band on my bathroom counter as I was rushing to get out of the house and the short haired woman stole it. I contacted molly maid and instead of asking for proof they said they spoke with the cleaner and she said, "she doesn't recall seeing a ring." because yeah she would just tell you she stole it. What makes it worse it I just got it back from being repaired, I hate thieves and liars. This is so disappointing, I was hoping to use their service and promote it in this area but knowing the caliber of people they hire I will not be using this service. Please avoid this company at all cost!

About 2 months ago, I accidentally turned on MyKey in my Ford Fusion. I called Brock's Lock and Key about a week later, but ended up never actually getting it fixed. This past weekend I called again and Rick was so much helped. He researched every possible way to help me in the cheapest way. He gave me a price quote when I called the first time, but after finding out more detail, he told me it would cost more and even offered to send me to his competition to get a cheaper price, but with all his help, I decided to stick with him. He came to my job and within 45 minutes, everything was done. To say I was more than satisfied is an understatement. I couldn't be more happy with the situation and the outcome!! :) read more
