When I called back to let him know that I had found my bankruptcy papers and that that particular bill was filed with my bankruptcy, I could not get an answer. I called this place MAINONE where the paperwork was from and she said I could not get my money back. Then I called back just to see if I could find out if there was something else that I could do, I did not get an answer. So, if you are still in bankruptcy and it is getting close to the bankruptcy ending, do not let anyone convince you to pay anything when you have filled it in your bankruptcy. These collection notices are still actively moving around from one collection place to another and now I see that attorneys with more than one job, like collections, will use this hustle for their employees and themselves to get some spending money by catching people off guard. It is disgusting and really can be considered a crime in my opinion.

They also said they would get it added onto one of my REAL credit cards, which is bogus. I've researched them some, and they call people with fake debts to try to squeeze money out of them. When people check and verify that the debt is bad and try to call back, they can't get a hold of anyone. They also go by CMS. I've heard of them targeting people that are looking for mortgages, hoping they will pay to avoid getting slandered to the collections bureaus.
