This law firm is probably not what the average working person is looking for. They are so unorganized it's shame. I had a modification case and she told me that it could easily be resolved. Took my $2,100 retainer and done anything but lie from there. As the case did come around they called me the day b4 telling me that I had court tomorrow and I told them that they had advised me of a different day. Sure enough I show up the following day having to miss money taking off work to get to the courthouse and they call me to tell me that I was right about the original court date. That happened twice. Finally get to meditation and she barely knew anything about my case. All she was worried about was how much money was in my bank account!!!! Mediation didn't get anything resolved. So next thing I know I'm getting another bill from her for another $1,100 for mediation when she has nothing otherwise. Then she pulled off my case after I didn't pay. What a waste of my money!!!! RUN!--- Do Not Walk from this shady family attorney and her questionable law practice! Tiffany R. Lunn is not concerned about your case--- only your money!! I absolutely would not recommend using this unscrupulous attorney---she cannot be trusted. You cannot rely on those positive reviews on www.avvo.com, as they are dated and ---I suspect--- may have been provided by friends / family. I approached Ms. Lunn to assist me with my divorce case on August 29, 2012 and paid her a $2,500 retainer. During the initial consultation, Ms. Lunn seemed nice and professional--- and even seemed genuinely concerned about my case. She promised that she would begin work on my case right away and would also file an appearance as my attorney of record with the court. One Month went by and I started feeling like nothing was being done on my divorce case, so I emailed Tiffany Lunn and got an auto-reply, but never received a reply from the attorney herself. So I decided to call and see if I could get a status report; however, I got her voice mail and after leaving a message, received no return call from the attorney. I also went online to check the court website to see if she had made an appearance as my attorney of record, and found that she had not. That is the simplest thing an attorney can do, is file paperwork with the court announcing they are the new attorney on the case. There were more attempts to contact Tiffany Lunn, but I got no responses. Two months passed, and still no attorney activity on my divorce case. All the while, my ex wife's attorney was diligently handling her affairs by filing motions, etc. I still could not get a status report on the current progress of the case from Tiffany--- and even more troubling, she still had not made an appearance as my attorney of record in the case. So technically, I was not represented at all in the eyes of the court. Finally, I had enough and approached another attorney to get the ball rolling on my case in order to protect my interest. The new attorney is absolutely excellent! During the initial consultation, she devised a plan of action and even gave me legal ideas to pursue custody of my son. I decided to go with the new attorney and terminate my contract with Tiffany Lunn and the Lunn Law firm. I then informed Tiffany to stop any work and return the retainer fee that I had paid her upfront initially. She then proceeded to provide a long- winded excuse as to why she had not made an appearance as my attorney of record and forwarded me a bogus and trumped-up billing statement for services rendered on my behalf in the amount of approximately $2,000!! I could not believe my eyes--- just highway robbery. Tiffany even admitted that she had been out of town for two or three weeks during the time-period in question--- but still claims to have performed all of this "work" on my case. Here you had an attorney who couldn't even perform the simplest task of filing as my attorney of record with the court; an attorney I had not spoken with--- or exchanged emails with--- since the initial consultation; and an attorney who did not send me monthly statements of progress--- charging me almost $2,000 for so-called services rendered. That is not only amazing, but also very unethical. I will also be filing a formal complaint with the Georgia State Bar Association. Now I am left with absolutely NOTHING to show for spending almost $2,000 in legal fees. Absolutely NO work product whatsoever! In this economy, who has that kind of money to completely waste on an attorney who is not worth her weight in salt?
