Lisa, the supervisor, baits you into an evaluation without any courtesy to the pain you are feeling. You are traveling for a SALES PITCH. They have a shady practice to reel you in, THEN share the fees, in hopes you take the bait while you are in their office aching in pain. Avoid this facility like the plague. If you are looking for an honest practice, this is not it. And the supervisor, Lisa, has made it very clear she does not intend to change the way they operate because that's how they make their money. They don't have the courtesy about caring for you, just their own pockets.
