The proprietor Marcelo was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and the cheese menu was well organized by type of animal (goat, sheep, or cow) and by strength of cheese (on a 1-4 scale). When we visited, there was only one cheese in category 4... try it if you dare!

Both very beautiful presentation and very delicious. White and red wine both recommended by lovely female wait staff. Followed up with goat cheese dessert. If we weren't leaving tomorrow we would return!
