It was so soft in inside and crunch on outside. After this, I think I ordered croquettes at every time whenever I see one on the menu for the rest of my vacation in Spain. We shared a couple of main dishes, flavor bursted in my mouth from the first bite. Food was perfectly paired with a bottle of wine I ordered and I somehow finished the whole bottle by myself.
