I was told if I sold my date I would get my money back. However, I have had numerous people try to contact them about purchasing my date and none of them have ever been contacted back. I paid $3,400 in full and now no one can answer the phone or respond to an email about refunding my money or selling my contract. This is no way to run a business or treat customers.

Steve was prompt, professional and was understanding of the wedding timeline. I kept hearing amazing things about the music that was being played while people were being seated. When I did reach him, he reassured me that he would be able to perform our wedding. We have spoken again at 2 points since then updating on our plans. At this point, he was going to DJ for just us in a room with our attendees on Zoom. He said would refund part of our fee due to this which I thought was nice. Instead, 3 weeks ago I receive an e-mail from a family member letting me know that he was ill and was cancelling our wedding. For 3 weeks I have tried to contact him via e-mail, weddingwire, phone and replied to his family member regarding him refunding us since he no longer was going to be providing any DJ services for our wedding. He (or his family member) has yet to reply. I feel very bad that he is ill, but this is unprofessional and very frustrating.
