My court hearing was only 20 days away, and I still needed her served immediately. She lived in a secured condo complex with gate access and worked at a separate location -- not an easy person to reach. I was personally referred to Haroon Firas (of Lowest Rates Mobile Notary), and from the moment we spoke, I knew he was the real deal. His communication was excellent, he understood the urgency, and he took action the same day. I gave him her photo, work address, and home address. Within hours, Haroon had already worked out a strategy. He managed to get into her secured building disguised as a construction worker, got a neighbor to buzz him in, and served her in person that same afternoon. This wasn't luck -- it was skill, professionalism, and determination. On top of that, he filed the proof of service right away, which meant I could submit it to the court without delay. I hired him on August 6th. She was served on August 6th. That's the kind of efficiency you dream of when dealing with court deadlines. Thanks to Haroon, I'm walking into my hearing on the 25th with confidence, knowing the paperwork was done perfectly and on time. I've worked with plenty of service providers over the years, but Haroon is in a league of his own. He's professional, resourceful, fast, and fearless. I'll never use another process server again, and I'll recommend him to anyone who needs the job done right -- and done now. Haroon, you didn't just serve papers -- you saved my case. Thank you!

Then came service...I was intimidated by all the options, worried about places that had attempt limits (I didn't want to end up paying with no service completed), or that I might be left hanging for weeks. I was delighted when less than 24 hours later, Mahmoud sent a photo of the defendant looking confused with my lawsuit in his hand. This has been such a stressful experience overall, that having one aspect of it actually bring a smile to my face was such a relief. Wherever you're located in the 909 (I'm in Redlands and the defendant was in Yucaipa), you will be pleased with this Inland Empire Process Server--look no further!

It was my first time ever using a process server. They were professional, responsive, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Even though service was challenging, they made multiple attempts at different times, on different days, and provided a detailed declaration of due diligence that was exactly what I needed for court. Their detailed report made by Donald Denny was exactly what I needed to get my case dismissed. Their communication was clear, and they handled everything efficiently and with care. I especially appreciate Sean and Donald Denny for actively pursuing service, even when the individual appeared to be avoiding it. I hope Donald Denny gets rewarded for his efforts for trying to track down someone that seem to be avoiding service and having to deal with another difficult person living there that wasn't even the person being served. 5 star effort for Donald going above and beyond with detailed explanation on my due diligence report. I also appreciated how they offered affordable witness fee and check advancement options, which made the process much more convenient for me to file since I wasn't local. I truly appreciate the team for their thorough work and detailed reporting. Because of their efforts, my nervous system remain calm, case was ultimately dismissed, and I'm very grateful for their support. Shoutout again to Sean answering my concerns and remaining steady with all my questions at the same time. I would absolutely use them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone who needs reliable process serving. If you have a court date coming up soon, I recommend choosing "next day or same day service" to give them enough time to document and complete everything properly. Make sure to communicate everything you need done in the "additional info section" during checkout as they will go by that info to serve successfully. They get the job done, no BS, no stress, no hassle! If you're still on the fence, Rockstar is the way to go. I will use them again in the future.

Came across Sean at Rockstar -- and lemme tell you, the guy lived up to the name. Knocked it outta the park the first day. Sharp, efficient, no nonsense. Communication was top-tier. No fluff, no excuses -- just get it done. Had word the fellow to be served would be elusive and had cameras everywhere. That didn't deter Sean one bit -- he handled it like a pro and got the job done clean. If you want things handled right and you don't wanna mess around, Sean's your guy. I recommend him without hesitation. -- Captain 619

We are deeply grateful for Chris' outstanding help during a very difficult part of our case. From…read morethe beginning, he handled substituted service with skill, care, and a level of diligence that immediately gave us confidence. He prepared thorough declarations and Proofs of Service, paid close attention to the details that matter in litigation, and understood how to support the service in a way that would hold up under scrutiny. When service was challenged, he stood with us through multiple motions and rebuttals, helping us stay organized, focused, and prepared at every stage. What impressed us most was that Chris went far beyond what anyone would normally expect from a process server. He proactively obtained USPS address verification without being asked, and he helped us form and sharpen our filings so our arguments were clearer and stronger. He was thoughtful, responsive, and generous with his time, and he always approached the situation with professionalism and a real understanding of the legal issues involved. His guidance helped us present our position clearly and confidently in the hearings, and his support made a stressful process much more manageable. Chris was not just reliable -- he was truly exceptional. We cannot recommend him highly enough, whether you are plaintiffs in pro per like us or professionals in law. If you need someone who is knowledgeable, proactive, meticulous, and genuinely committed to doing excellent work, Chris is exactly the person you want on your side.

I talked to several process servers and explained all our struggles and difficulties. I asked each of them how they would handle the situation if our defendant proved impossible to serve after trying. Chris's answer to that question was a confident laugh and, "I will have him served." That's why I went with him, and I am very happy I trusted my gut. Chris was able to take the limited clues and information we provided, track him down, and complete substituted service when personal service was not realistically possible. What impressed us most was not just that Chris got the defendant served, but what happened afterward. Close to the hearing, the defendant filed a Motion to Quash Service and also sent us a separate packet challenging the service that had not even been properly filed with the court. It was stressful and confusing, but Chris immediately stepped in, provided detailed records, explained the applicable small claims service rules, and helped us understand exactly how to respond. Chris was patient, responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He did not just serve the papers and disappear -- he stood behind his work and helped us deal with the defendant's attempt to challenge service. The judge ultimately denied the defendant's Motion to Quash and found the service to be valid and sufficient. Serving the defendant was the biggest hurdle in our case, and I am so happy Chris helped us get over it. Now that we've won the judgment, Chris is even guiding us on how to claim the service fee, as it's allowed to be recovered by law. We truly appreciate Chris' professionalism, fast response time, attention to detail, and endless patience in explaining the process when we were panicking. If you are dealing with an evasive defendant, a difficult service issue, or someone trying to avoid being served, I highly recommend Chris and SkipNServe.
