WOW! I am a landlord and after recent residents moved out the carpet was very stained and filthy (even after the previous residents had it professionally cleaned by another company). I thought I was going to have to replace it. I called Service King Cleaners and Ben came out and looked at it. He said he thought he could get it cleaned. I hired him and they scheduled me later that week. I stopped by after they cleaned the carpet and it looked AMAZING! Highly recommend. I no longer have to replace the carpet. read more

David Laack came to our house, personally, and did a tremendous job on our antique rugs, which were very dirty, and also our couch, which we had (embarrassingly enough) never thought to clean. David was efficient, very thorough, and especially nice. He got spots out that we had been sure we would have to live with for the rest of our lives. I would like to start out by saying the carpet cleaning, itself, turned out "ok". I was impressed that I called, on a Sunday, and they were able to get them cleaned by Friday. I spoke with the owner and he quoted me right around, the $350 range, for 2 bedrooms, 1 hallway, 1 living room, and a staircase. With the state of our carpet, I definitely assumed it would be that high. The owner showed up to make sure his workers were and then he left. I was fairly surprised that they don't vacuum before cleaning, but oh well. It was when they started shampooing, with their shoes on (no covers), and kept them on. Going in and out of the house walking on freshly cleaned carpet. There was one stain they said they were not able to get out. They finished in about 3 hours. Then came time to settle up the bill. I was handed a bill for $609!!!! Almost DOUBLE what I was quoted. For that amount, the stain should of come out! Over all, the carpets turned out good enough to try and sell our house. BUT, the level of professionalism, and inflation of the price, leads me to never recommend this company. read more
