We were passing through Fort Wayne in our motorhome when I got a warning that one of my rear tires was losing pressure. Luckily we were able to get off the interstate and found Best One Tire. When we pulled into the service bay three employees greeted us, assessed the situation and got to work. One began jacking the rear wheel, another removing the lug nuts, the third got another Jack to raise the wheel off the floor. This type of cooperation between employees continued until the problem was found and repaired. I just want to commend the management for their ability to have their employees work together. It is a rare occasion these days in any service business. Breaking down on the highway is always worrying that you are at the mercy of strangers. I highly recommend this facility and its people to treat you professionally and fairly.

They tried to charge him $490 for the driveshaft and $90 for labor. He called me immediately and I looked up the part and found it with a lifetime warranty at AutoZone for $89 and this wasn't the cheapest one it was the gold standard. So I brought it into my local dealer to have it diagnosed, we found out that the coil pack that was put in was not put in correctly. The ignition coil quite literally grenaded inside of my engine. When I spoke to a mechanic on the phone the first question i asked was "do you guys work on high performance german vehicles?" he asked me if i had a Ferrari.. for the record a ferrari is an Italian car not german.
