Then all of sudden your service on your car becomes a returning door. I was told the coils on my car needed to be replaced although I just replaced them in March, was told they are good for at least year. I'm back in April getting the another ignition coil replaced ontop being told by the owner to bring my car back up there so they could fix it, only to come up there and act like he didn't tell me to bring my car back up there. Now it's June guess what coils need replaced owner will not respond so what does that imply? Business is business paying for a service to your car, then having to have the same service feels scammed over all. Especially when your use to their service being top notch. Now I'm never bring my car back because the service is keep paying for keeps being the revolving door and we are disappointed in the owner because he literally stop responding to services your shop preformed and my car still needed the same services done that was allegedly serviced less than 2 months ago. So I brought it into my local dealer to have it diagnosed, we found out that the coil pack that was put in was not put in correctly. The ignition coil quite literally grenaded inside of my engine. Not to say that their business is bad but I definitely don't think I'll take a mid to high end vehicle there again unfortunately.

We were passing through Fort Wayne in our motorhome when I got a warning that one of my rear tires was losing pressure. Luckily we were able to get off the interstate and found Best One Tire. When we pulled into the service bay three employees greeted us, assessed the situation and got to work. One began jacking the rear wheel, another removing the lug nuts, the third got another Jack to raise the wheel off the floor. This type of cooperation between employees continued until the problem was found and repaired. I just want to commend the management for their ability to have their employees work together. It is a rare occasion these days in any service business. Breaking down on the highway is always worrying that you are at the mercy of strangers. I highly recommend this facility and its people to treat you professionally and fairly.

When I spoke to a mechanic on the phone the first question i asked was "do you guys work on high performance german vehicles?" he asked me if i had a Ferrari.. for the record a ferrari is an Italian car not german.
