After he finished all his work in the house, he tried to get me to sign a contract for him to communicate directly with insurance and complete the work but I hadn't even received the assessment from my insurance yet and told him I wanted to wait until I received it and could see what they were saying. Once I received it, I emailed him asking for the free estimate (which I never received, no quote, no scope, no nothing) so I could submit it to my insurance as I had gotten my exterior estimate completed. Radio silence, nothing. I don't like that kind of dealing and will never deal with this guy again.

There whole deal is to try to squeeze as much out of your catastrophe as possible at your expense. I would avoid this company as much as possible.
