The water line to our fridge was leaking such a fine mist that it never flooded the room, but slowly leaked into the cabinets and through the wall behind the fridge. At 3 am we heard the leak and turned off the water. We called ServiceMaster at 8am and they arrived within the hour. They were thorough with their inspection and even found that the water had leaked into the crawlspace and was dripping from the support beams under the house. Work started that day and Bryn dealt with the insurance company explaining everything to us as he went. Our entire kitchen, dining room, and laundry room were gutted down to the sub floor and into the walls along the bottom half of the walls behind where the fridge sat. They were thorough and careful with the pack out and non of my 12 piece china set or other glassware were damaged through the whole process. read more

Service Master was amazing for us. Our cabin is 3-/12 hours from us and we needed help without being up there to let them in. We had a skunk issue they came out immediately found the issue crawled into an extremely small space found the dead skunk and ozone treated the cabin. They even helped find an HVAC company to replace duct work and when that didn't work out Bryn(spelling) came out himself got a lock box and installed it to make sure our cabin was safe. They keep me posted on everything they were doing. Britney is so pleasant and went above and beyond to help out as we don't live in the mountain in the winter. Bren and his team at Service Masters are great at what they do. Angela the project manager understands all that will need to be done and coordinates all the steps to make it happen. The team that comes to the house is polite and answered all my questions. In this unprecedented time of COVID they were very respectful of that and always wore a mask and were respectful of my level of caution. They truly handled everything needed to remove and prepare my home for the re-build stage. I have high expectations of companies doing work for me and this team exceeded the bar. They are polite, timely and had great follow up, and they keep a clean and tidy space considering they are called in to deal with less than ideal mess. After our initial call to Bryn, he had his guys out to our house after 6pm that same day to give us a assessment (and no after hours/emergency service call fee) and then they were put first thing Monday, just as promised.
