After our first ever problem that Josh corrected on the spot, we followed up with maintenance offered through their care plan which brought Josh out again for a cleaning of the whole unit as well as our home vent system. He was able to replace the old sensor with a new one he had in inventory and we had a working 48 year old furnace keeping us warm for the winter coldness soon to arrive.
