They will intentionally deceive dealers to obtain low values. They do have not have any qualifications when obtaining car valuations. They will ask anyone who answers a phone for a number and make up anything they can do obtain the lowest one possible. They will then refuse to speak to you and advise you to contact your insurance company. Do not trust them and refuse to let your insurer use them if you can!
