I made an online inquiry and was contacted within 15 minutes. I was able to drop my laptop off by 5:00, since it was useless to me at that point. On Monday they kept me informed of the progress on my computer, and by that afternoon I picked it up. The computer is running much better now that they also cleaned out a lot of the software bloat.
