I would give them a zero, but it wont let me. Beware!! You will go days and days with no a/c in August and 3 weeks without a fridge because they put no money in to repairs. The a/c is full of mold and they would not pay to clean it. Used junky appliances bought at the lowest price they can find. Joe is rude and condescending to women, and even threatened me that he would take his time on the next repair I asked for (3 wks with broken fridge after that). read more

This real estate company is corrupt. They prey on elderly people. They convince these people to list with them at half the market price. Then it's sold to their investor. Then they resale it at double the price. It's all about their commission. I have first hand knowledge of this. This happened on my street,same street they live on. Worst realtor group I have ever worked with, in my years of traveling/moving. The agent Gloria is completely unprofessional and DISHONEST, they are a shady company BEWARE!! Will take every dollar from you as soon as you sign one of their documents!!! The owner Tony is not for the customer but for himself. This is an example from my family's and my experience. We were interested in a house that we liked, spoke to Gloria a couple of days to make sure no one else expressed interest in the home. We decided to pursue the home based on her opinion, her statements, everything she said. We spent more than $100 in fees and even overnighted the paperwork to get started! She did not tell us there were other people filling out information and sending money about the same home. The next day when I tracked the overnight package that was delivered around Noon, Gloria didnt even call us the let us know she received it after we expressed our concern with them getting it before they closed. She called OUR personal real estate agent to tell him we did not get the house, that other people reached out to her even before we did. Our agent explained to her via phone how business doesnt work like that, how wrong it was to take our money, then she said she wasnt going to give is a courtesy call. My agent told her that he will not call us, that she was the one working with us on it (he gave her permission days before!) and that she will call us. Finally after supper time we got the call from her saying we did not get the house and there was nothing she could do, that the money was non-refundable. After that we tried getting a hold of the owners via telephone and email, no response. The next day we called the owners cell phone. He stated on the phone, that is how his business is run and the money is non-refundable. Didnt even offer to help us continue our search for houses, offer an apology on behalf of his dishonest staff, even mail us our checks back. PLEASE stay away from this company, there are excellent realtors in the area that will be on your side the whole house search, communicate with you honestly, take the time to show you and find you awesome homes in the area. These people will most likely not stay in business long!! read more
