We had a 100% guaranteed VA loan to purchase the home. Krissy was irate on multiple occasions and yelled at our Realtor. Dale Sorensen failed to honor a fully funded VA loan in which no down payment is necessary. Due to the fact, my husband has a very demanding job with the Federal Government he was unable to break away from his 8 to 5 to wire funds until the day after the deadline which was further delayed because of the Memorial Day weekend. Our contract was cancelled while we were on a plane to Orlando and had planned to look at the house. I was heartbroken, my emotions were played with during the whole process of trying to purchase the home. Our loan officer, broker, realtor, the sellers Broker included could not figure out why our offer was being turned down when it was a VA loan. The only reason provided to us was we "missed" a deadline. Other than Krissy was very unprofessional and a liability for this Real Estate Agency and I don't think she can be trusted to represent your best interest.

I had to send multiple emails, leave multiple phone messages, and even go in person to a satellite office to try and get some answers. My realtor also did the same and we both got different answers to the same questions. They appear to be highly unorganized. The president of the HOA is employed by them which would appear to be a total conflict of interest. I finally pleaded one last time for an information packet which I finally got online after 3 weeks.
