Paul Davis showed up quickly and assessed things. They removed wet insulation & dry wall. They set up fans that ran for a few days. Today they came and used a moisture meter and informed us that everything is dry. Though we will need some repair work for sure, they probably saved our hardwood floor and stopped the water damage from spreading. The team was amazing. Nestor, Jasper, Ben and Carter worked really hard in hot hot weather. They were polite, professional, exceptionally knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone needing their service.

I can understand supply chain issues but that wasn't the problem we had with this company. Brandon did not show up when he said he would and Jim the owner was dismissive and disrespectful when I voiced my concerns. I felt that we were owed some sort of apology for what we were put through or some sort of compensation to make things right but all I got was we'll try to communicate better and we'll finish tomorrow.
