They forgot to install installation in my walls. I physically had to show and tell them areas in my house were they had punctured holes in the drywall moving things in and out. Their plumber carelessly disconnected a drainage pipe connected to my air handler & caused more damages to my floors. I was told they had finished the quarter rounds, but they didnt chalk anything and left major gaps between the rounds and the baseboards. One evening I came home and they left my front door unlocked. When I emailed the owner of this company (Dax) about my concerns she never replied. The lack of communication with this company is unreal as I was told by the contractor (John) he would start the work on a Monday if I signed their paperwork Friday. When Monday came around for him to start the work I was told he went on vacation. They charge well over $1,900 for painting and the painters don't even use tape so it looks as if a teenager did the paint job. This company lacks professionalism, communication, and hard workers. They are careless and negligent with their work. If you have small projects, maybe they can tackle that without issues.
