I hired the company and he finished the chimney in one day, replacing the underside, which did not exist. They perfectly color matched the house and did a wonderful job cleaning up. He followed up later with a phone call, asking how please I was with the work. I told him that he could bring anybody by to look at the work and compared the house to the chimney. One year and a half later, I called him again for roofing and siding, the whole house. He again whisked me away, to the exact same places. So you know there is no BS in where he worked. I hired him for both again, comparing him with other companies. The rook was finished in one day, cleaned up and all. The siding took nearly two weeks. Siding work is messy, so expect that. I did not. In any case, they worked with me in my daily inspections of the work. If saw something, they corrected it. I had some screens riped. They replaced. I asked to replace the house siding inside my porch. They replaced. NO extra charge. Lastly, he is reasonably priced. I checked. He, again, followed up after the job. The porch has the wrong supports and is already sagging (it was installed mid May) and the post are 4 inches from level. The covering for the slab is just 100% incorrect and looks awful. I was very surprised and thrilled when Keith was able to make it out to the house the same day. He never got on the roof, although it was wet that day so I understand, but he said that he had pegged the issue and would be able to have it fixed within a week. The explanation never quite made sense to me but I trusted that he knew what he was talking about. I followed up after a week when I hadn't heard back and was given a bit of a dismissive reply that it was wet that particular day so they couldn't do anything. I followed up again 2 weeks later when I still hadn't heard anything and didn't get a response until about a month later, but it was too late. In the meantime, I got a quote from another roofer who had gotten onto the roof and found out that there was a bullet that had gone through our roof about halfway up, which was causing the water leak problem. Keith's recommended fix wouldn't have fixed this issue, unfortunately. I guess it was a blessing in disguise that we were pretty much forgotten because we were able to get the issue fixed.
