I had Victory Home Services send a professional out to come deep clean my father's home. He has lived alone for a year now and has had caregivers to maintain the cleaning for him, but a deep clean was needed to turn over the fall season. Cornelia was dedicated and somehow managed to get the bathroom clean (I was about to just replace the toilet and she salvaged it!). Supposedly a deep cleaning for move in. They left the Kitchen, pantry, living room, and laundry room dirty. Did not clean rest of house very well. See pictures. Only one showed up the next day. Candy did an excellent job in kitchen, pantry, appliances, and living room, not to mention having to redo some of the previous team's work. I wish I could hire Candy on a continuing basis. Company did not ask to approve final billing. Over charged for what was done (51.00/hr). Would not recommend this service to anyone. Warning: Do not hire this company!

I was sick all last week, and as a stay-at-home mom who also works full-time from home and has a farm to keep running, my house took the hardest hit while I was half dead on the couch for four days. One cleaner stayed through the entire clean while three other girls cycled in & out to help her. The company stayed in touch with me all day long while the girls cleaned, giving me updates and asking any questions they had. The team was super understanding and accommodating when I had to call them and have them shuffle their cars around our yard so my husband's truck drivers could get trucks parked in the afternoon. Overall, this was a great experience. Today, I woke up feeling like my home was a brand new, clean slate. I will absolutely be using these girls again in the future. Thank you all so much!

They didn't mop the floors, clean the windows, clean the fireplace glass, clean the blinds or dust anything. I called the office to complain and the lady tried to help by sending someone out the next day, my husband and I had already spent 3 hours cleaning what they should have done. I didn't need them now. I just wanted some of my money back. The owner is refusing to call me he has had plenty of time to offer to correct the issue.
