We had a fire in our garage. After a few people, who I thought were vultures preying on victims and saying that Servpro was not a very upstanding company to have restore your house and that they were more caring, I was skeptical and we went through our insurance and decided to go with Servpro in Hemet. Worst experience of my life. Daniel was more concerned with coming in my home and cleaning my personal belongings for $$$ more than focusing on the garage where the fire was. I still get black on my hands when I touch things where they didnt clean, claiming they did. From the beginning I said I could not move out of my house as I have a 90 year old grandmother and Daniel assured me over and over that I would not have too but then all of a sudden we were suppose to move so he could paint and clean the carpet, again, for $$$. When we said we decided that we were going to paint because it is easier for everybody, all of a sudden, we didn't need painting and everything was complete and we owe $34,000. My garage is not complete, no HEPA was ran in it nor anything other than their people breaking more of my stuff. The photos I uploaded are from today, as I write the last check because Daniel is threatening collections, because that is the type of person he is. He is not out to help you but do things to get paid, when they don't need to be done really and when you question it, he yells at you and says he will get his money. Please be very leery of this con man coming in to your home, he is a fast talker who talks at you and makes you feel like he is doing you a favor and you should be grateful, rather than a kind hearted person who is there to help in your time of need. We had a blocked condensation line from my AC unit. It leaked in the guest room where we never go! After talking with my insurance company, they contacted Daniel with SERVPRO. They came to the house at the agreed upon time and got right to work! Humidifiers and fans for several days, loud but did the job! Not satisfactory. They came out for a small leak in the upstairs bathroom. They ripped out the drywall and set up a few fans, which are louder than a jumbo jet taking off, for a few days. Daniel came by to check up on the drying and to determine if there was any mold. There was no mold, thank the Lord. My problem is with how the insurance was handled. My insurance was billed close to three thousand dollars. I do not believe the work that they did warranted such amount. I mean maybe the work was about a thousand or less and that's being generous. The man couldn't even say with certainty where the leak was coming from. There is no way that the work performed should have been charged at such a large amount. The work performed was decent. I will not take away from that. All I'm saying is get a clear estimate before you have any work performed and make sure that your insurance will cover you. read more

Thank you Daniel and Servpro of Hemet this was the best call from start to finish. We had a bad water leak which started in the master bath and then leaked into the 2nd bathroom under the floor. Daniel's team led by Florin from Servpro Hemet did a great job the water damage was extensive forcing us to stay in a hotel and when we returned Serve-Pro did everything starting with the entire remediation process to the complete remodel wich saved us alot of money time and stress. Wosrt branch of the company ever. They quit part way through ripping my floor up all because I responded to a question about religion saying that I do not beleive in god. They made my house exponentially worse than it originally was. They scratched my walls beyond belief they knocked my brand new 4k tv off of the stand, 3 feet onto the concrete where it shattered.The hemet branch which is ran by romanians acted as if they were teenagers. They did all of this while I was gone and when I came home I found a note saying "Dear satanist, have fun rotting in hell". And when I contact the owner to complain and receive a refund for my tv and walls they deny everything they even deny ever talking to me or taking the job at all. I have tried many things and to this day I have still yet to be paid back for my destroyed to tv nor the walls of my house being absolutely ruined. Seriously how do these people get away with this. This is not romania it is America you can not act like animals. The servpro name and reputation is being destroyed by The hemet branch which serves all of the inland empire. Daniel was likely the most polite & professional service business person I have dealt with right from the first phone call in a very long time. His assistant was equally as polite and professional when they both arrived at my home. They both did a very thorough job for an initial inspection & estimate of our home after several roof leaks and lots of water damage in walls, roof, etc. and they answered all my detailed questions.
