When I arrived to inspect the property, multiple areas that should have been part of a basic cleaning were still dirty. The vent had visible dust buildup, the stove grates still had grease, and the range hood and backsplash had residue and streaks. Inside the cabinets there were stains and marks that had not been wiped down, and the top of shelving still had dust and debris. In the bathroom, the toilet base area appeared unclean, and the shower head had heavy mineral buildup. Even the refrigerator had food residue and ice buildup, which should normally be addressed during a turnover clean. Because the unit was not guest-ready, I contacted Brenda and requested a refund for the cleaning service, but she informed me she could not provide a refund. As a property owner who depends on cleaners to prepare units for guests, attention to detail and reliability are extremely important. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service for turnover cleaning.
