He started I had a blown fuse and had me run my heat on emergency until he comes back to replace a wire on the outside unit. Get home that night and it's not working. I called first thing the next morning and got no response. After I've called the warranty people on Monday, he finally returned my call saying he'll be out on Tuesday between 3 and 5.
