Servpro was so prompt and professional when I had a whole house flood, that I used them to do the extensive renovations as well. They were here within an hour on a Sunday with everything they needed to start the drying process. The crew was so friendly and reassuring that I immediately felt better. They had to literally rebuilt the house which was down to the studs. The carpentry, flooring, electric and plumbing were done perfectly and professionally. My kitchen sink was leaking in my basement down the wall for a while and I did not realize it. I had boxes stacked and I was not realizing that water was getting into them, until I smelled mustiness in the basement. Needless to say I had a large problem. Servpro came out and clean up the boxes that were wet and took them to my garage so I could go through them and Jackie and her crew helped me with the wet boxes and cleaned all of the water in the basement, sanitized and dried the area. We had lots of water pouring into our basement after big rains, in the middle of a home addition project. Friendly, efficient staff took our information, called us back quickly, and got Tyler and his team out to our house to assess the damage within an hour. Tyler was fantastic, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. He helped us find the perimeter of the damage with special equipment and told us what could be kept and what had to be gotten rid of. We are setting up fans to dry everything out. They even have a 24/7 line I can call if anything happens in the middle of the night.
