After missing my last cleaning date and not calling to reschedule, they called and informed me they could not fulfill my request due to their high turnover and that my 2400 sq. feet house was not a big enough house to warrant one of their regular cleaners. Instead of at least making an effort to try to keep a great customer they insulted me. The cleaning job I had been getting during the pandemic was minimal at best but I had stayed a loyal customer. We had some dog smudges in the bottom corners of our cellular shades from them peeking their heads out the window. We were so excited for our house to look and feel refreshed. Cody brought our shades back after construction finished. They were black. (See picture.) Our top rail has a giant scrape across the top. (See picture.) one blind came back with a broken spring. Cody stood by his work, said he would clean them again, and he would contact Bali about the broken spring. And although it was not an ideal solution, he offered to find a paint to match our rail and touch it up. We agreed. Cody was anything but careful with our blinds when he was removing them from our windows. His hands were dirty. He threw them into his van without using blankets. Again, I was nervous but trusted the professional. We got our blinds back May 28, he installed them, again with dirty hands. It didn't take long before we realized our blinds were damaged. Every single blind is scraped and dented. (See pictures.) There are black finger prints on the shades. Cody offered to paint our blind rails but because every blind would be painted, we told him that we didn't feel good about that. He said he would check with Bali about replacing the bottom rails. We have called, we have texted, we have sent his business messages on Facebook. Cody has not called back, he has not texted back, but he responded on messenger saying we would get a refund. $309. He didn't tell us how or when we would get the refund. He also has not followed up on solutions for our damaged blinds. We are still waiting... We are completely disappointed in the service he provided, lack of communication, and are now stuck with damaged and dirty blinds. My new house in Springfield wasn't so new. In fact it is a 60 year old house, so I decided to have…read moreit inspected for mold and yep, Dog Gone Mold found it. Sad face! They found the reason for it was an issue with standing water in the crawl space. The solution was easy to figure out. They had to do mold remediation and then I had them install a vapor barrier, a French drain and a sump pump after correcting the level of the ground so it drained correctly to ensure it didn't become a reoccurring issue. They came out and did all of this in a timely fashion, and believe me I am glad that I had them do the inspection and fix the issues because frankly mold is just no joke and something you DO NOT want to play around with. I am so glad I had Dog Gone Mold come out and address the issue. I sleep so much better at night knowing I am not breathing that stuff in.
