After my one hour session with Kelly I found that she was very knowledgeable and I remember her even saying, "I want to get your pain under control first!" I walked out of that facility feeling AMAZING! And I couldn't wait for my next appointment! Once you are done you leave without any manipulation of the muscles in injured area. No measurement of progress. Records of prior apts seem sketchy as the next apt feels like the first one. The Media office referred me to the Glen Mills office and I was nervous to be honest because I was personally comfortable at the Media location and knew all of the therapists there and had a good relationship. I was able to get an appointment right away and was scheduled to see Greg the Clinic Director. From my initial appointment to my current appointments Greg is always with me during my sessions and always making sure that I'm performing my exercises correctly. If you ever have a question as to why you're doing something or how to better what you have been doing, he's always with instruction and help. He's incredibly personable and intelligent and I feel extremely confident in my health with him. Rae at the front desk is amazing and already has your schedule done for you so you don't have to worry about making sure to get into your time slot. Matthew is also great and is always ready to greet you! I would absolutely recommend this company and location - they truly care about their clients and use all available resources in order to get you back to tip top shape.

So many accolades associated with the personal care,the individual programs tailored for each patient, and the close relation Sarah and Dana have with the prescribing medical professionals. All of that being said, my experience with APT is one of several incidents that would discourage any active senior citizen if it were not for the expert service ,compasion and encouragement to succeed and regain a positive quality of life. In essence,I suffered a broken hip followed by a period in hospital the transfer to a rehab center for four more weeks. Six weeks later I broke my femur .Back to hospital ICU Resulting in another week then .off to rehab for another six Weeks..Next came a break in the repair , more hosp time and another six weeks in rehab Suffice it to say I was ready to give into the fact that I may not get out of a wheel chair. I finally was able to return to Sarah and the gang but with a defeated attitude this time.Sarah and Dana worked me hard both physically and mentally.Bottom line.i have vertuly no pain am close to switching to a cane .i expect to be able to return to life as I previously enjoyed. Here is what I have been dealing with after talking to Bethany Hines who has a different email address than the business, Lisa, Heather, Sarah, Melissa and the collection outfit Kristen employs. If Action Potential does not have a payment, then that is a mistake on their end because every time I came in the office, Lisa would run it through and ask if I wanted a receipt. So the way you guys have everything set up is prepayment is required. Did you check with Lisa and confirm payment? The past due statement I received in the mail is showing other dates of service than what you were talking about, and this is also creating confusion with all parties. Given my last date of service was months ago, I am finding this irritating since this is the fourth conversation I've had around this subject, including my time and effort. About a month ago in email I received a message from Bethany saying I do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. I have sent your concern to our ADMIN team to review. I…read morehave dealt with back pain for many years and have tried many physical therapists but these guys are by far the best. I finally had back surgery and did 8 months of rehab with Elite. I went from being able to stand for a couple of minutes to walking a mile every day without pain. They do a lot of deep tissue massage that other therapists don't use. It takes the pain away faster, which allows you to do more exercise, which gets you better faster. No other PT offers this combination and it really works. If you want to get better faster, this is the place to go. All the staff, from the therapists, to the receptionist, to the business office are very nice and professional. Great experience.

There is a LOT of talking going on between therapist about non-patient care during patient therapy time. The therapist assistants were rude and very unprofessional and snobbish. I noticed during my time as a patient there, if you were of a certain race you were treated professionally and with care. A couple of patients that are of color felt the same way and discontinued care at this location as well. Since my insurance plan will be changing at the end of the month, I probably won't be returning. I wouldn't suggest this location to anyone of color.

Chose this location 5 miles beyond the closest one to my home because of good parking and ease of getting upstairs to PT. Being only about 90 steps from the car to PT Is worth it's weight in gold. I checked out closer Rothman PTs to my house but all of them were just a pain to get in and out of, particularly the one at Riddle Hospital. So i chose Glen Mills for convenience. The actual PT area is bright, clean and nicely organized. The PT tables are big enough for tall people and are very comfortable. The equipment is in good order. Elleni at the Front desk is a total gem. She can answer the phone while scheduling your appointments and not miss a beat. My first time here she scheduled my 8 weeks of appointments and printed out a copy of it for me with speed and accuracy. Casey Has been my PT technician and in my lifetime she has been the absolute best. Being of a certain age I've had PT a few times so I consider my assessment of her to be accurate. She is informative, caring, very capable with great PT and interpersonal skills. Rothman is lucky to have her. I highly recommend this location for physical therapy.
