I'm not sure how they compare to other cannabis dispensary in terms of selection and value but for my hard earned money all those things come secondary to customer service and there hands-on approach to making customers feel genuinely cared for and attended too . Today I was serviced by Ralph and in my other two experiences, the bud tenders were also excellent . I strongly recommend people give this place a shot. The location is a bit secluded and the parking lot is a bit tight but as a retired Customer Service manager of over 30 years I think I'm qualified to say ,"hats off to this place " bravo and wishing them much success.

We had a few cocktails with their powder in them and it was just perfect. More importantly, their representative Jess, couldn't have been sweeter, more helpful and knowledgeable about their products. When I bought the vape, the employee said to keep the receipt if I have any problems with the vape then they will replace it. I went in today to get the malfunctional vape replaced, but that didn't happen. I had to wait about 10-15 minutes for the manager to come in and inspect the vape, only to offer me a 10% discount on my next purchase. Keep in mind, this was after the staff and manager admitted the vape was leaking. After trying to bargain, I was able to get 15% off my next purchase. For comparison, most other dispensaries offer a full exchange in my experience for the defective vape. The whole 5 day warranty the staff pitches is bogus. This will be the last time I give Etain my business.
