This place gets it . No amount of advertising or packaging replaces a customer feeling genuinely welcomed to a business . This is my third time at this business spot and the energy is consistently good and welcoming . I'm not sure how they compare to other cannabis dispensary in terms of selection and value but for my hard earned money all those things come secondary to customer service and there hands-on approach to making customers feel genuinely cared for and attended too . Today I was serviced by Ralph and in my other two experiences, the bud tenders were also excellent . I strongly recommend people give this place a shot. The location is a bit secluded and the parking lot is a bit tight but as a retired Customer Service manager of over 30 years I think I'm qualified to say ,"hats off to this place " bravo and wishing them much success. read more

Easily the best and most hassle-free dispensary I've been to, out of dozens. Great prices, great product consistently, and the staff couldn't be more friendly and accommodating. Best of all they treat the customer with respect and DON'T try to steer you towards more expensive options. Also the only dispensary I've ever been to that frequently offers free sampling of exotic new products you might not think to try otherwise. My hunch is they're able to keep prices so low due to not being on a main thoroughfare where rents would be much higher. It's nice to finally have a legit dispensary in Westchester, I've gone to a few of them in the city but I'm not there often so having a place 20 mins away from home is nice. When you enter your ID will be scanned before you can enter the store. A nice guy named Ralph showed me around the store and was ready to answer any questions I had. They have flower, vapes, edibles, drinks, etc. They have many options of edibles which is what I came for, I found some familiar brands and some new ones as well. All the staff was nice and helpful, they have an atm in the shop. You can pay with a debit card for a fee if a few dollars extra. I got a few cans of thc/cod drink and some gummies, the prices are decent and I'm just glad to have a place like this not far from home, I'm sure I'll be back. read more

Went there to check-out what they had as far as Legal products and what a huge variety they had. Gummies, vapes, pre-rolls and of course my favorite... flower that you can even look at through small glass containers. The store itself had a California vibe with a New York swag. The entire staff including Chris, Ralph, and Vanessa were super friendly and knowledgeable about the different effects of products. It was nice to know exactly what I was buying and that I could literally choose how I want my high to be. That alone helped me to feel safe with what I was purchasing. So glad there is finally a legal Recreational Use Dispensary in Westchester. What a great welcome to neighborhood!! On my second visit , bought two bags of MFNY grape x guava gummies...one bag was opened through the top...sealed broken...noticed in car. Manufacturer let one get by. My error for not checking my purchases thoroughly before leaving the store. I just discarded the opened one...took the L. Nice plus , If elevate cannabis quality controlled it during stock inventory. Took a trip to Elevate the other day, and I am thoroughly impressed. The store, itself, is easy to get to and has a dedicated parking lot right out front. From the minute you step foot inside, to when you leave with your order in-hand, the customer service is unmatched. The budtenders are friendly and knowledgeable about the products that they sell. The selection is large and varied, which is refreshing. They do check IDs at the door to verify age, and at the moment are cash only; which is fine since they have an ATM conveniently located on the sales floor. I honestly cannot rave enough about how simple, easy, and wonderful my experience with them was. As a closer, I would also leave a recommendation to try the Luci line of pre-rolls they have in stock. It's amazing to have a local spot. I have been to hundreds of dispensaries over the years. I invested and helped operate a legal farm in maine for 9 years. The place seems to have nice products. It's a bit unorganized and scattered. Many of the buds did not have samples to look at which is nuts but not unusual. I purchased a $200 oz that sounded nice for the cost but which is still way to high a price. It was not trimmed to my liking and a bit to stemmy. The buds were very good. The dry herb bar needs to be redone as the centerpiece of the store and displayed better. Smell jars are key even though many places have gotten rid of them since everything starts to smell the same when dry and stale.. For newbies the best deal in NY is for tincture since ny does not regulate thc limits. 1000mg for 100 bucks is a fair price. Everything else seemed very pricey. Prices will crash due to oversupply shortly. 2 0z for 250 in Maine is pretty easy to find of nice indoors. read more
