I got the grand tour and saw all of the special workout rooms, childcare, coworker space, Pickleball courts, pools, recovery, areas, cold, plunges, saunas, and more. I loved how vast the actual gym floor was, with plenty of machines and free weights, everything you could think of, and not too crowded. Although it was a Saturday afternoon, I get the feeling that it's never unbearably crowded. They have enough machines to go around to avoid long lines. I got a great workout in, and then we hit the showers. We went in the sauna for a bit, as well as switched between the hot tub and cold plunge, it was really nice. I love that the locker rooms have everything you need, large and small towels, toiletries, and hairdryers The showers are hot with great water pressure and everything feels very clean. I had such a nice experience here. However, I don't think it's worth the membership price. Not only is it almost half an hour from me, but even if it was two minutes away, i don't think i could justify the $330 a month price tag. There's just not enough value there.

So I went in to ask about the charges I was still getting and both branches told me they couldnt find me in their system. So I had to open an entirely new account. It took hours to do this but its fine since it techincally cleared the balance I was concerned about. I was actually just going to quit PF in general but then I saw an offer that said you can start an account with no contractual obligations. But then one month into this new account they charged me for a $60+ annual fee in addition to my monthly fees. So i cancelled that account knowing I just lost a lot of money for nothing basically. But then I found out the previous account was still active because I was still getting charged for it and even had late fees. So I had to contact the billing department to figure out how to locate my account so I can shut it down. Somehow they were able to find it instantly this time even though I spent hours traveling between branches and on the phone to locate it last time and nobody could find it. And I'm being told that I cant be refunded because I didn't cancel the membership depite being told earllier that my account couldn't be found. How can I cancel something if they can't find it? Anyways I still have a balance and fees to pay but I cancelled anyways and I'm not paying them because I'm never returning to this terrible gym anyways. I wish I could get all my money and time back and put it all in Vasa instead.

When I cancelled and request to not be charged and refunded for the COCup in August as this trainer made me feel unsafe I was told hell no. Both owners threatened me via emails and only care about the money. They dont care about you as a human. I would add photos but I think this should suffice. Avoid these people and the fact this trainer is a KNOWN issue and then to be told "they aren't an employee". If you pay a business $500 in rent to personal train you're a contracted employee.
