Really nice guy and a good place to get a good workout. Very accommodating. I did not end up joining, but had a great trial there.

Great gym, great people. Your only mission in life in this gym is to find Dave his $20 every month for 24/7 access.

The set up doesn't make a ton of sense to me, and they lack some/enough equipment. For example, they only have 1 hip thrust machine. The weight area is a little tight. Yoga is okay- some classes and instructors are better than others. It does get very busy and hard to get equipment at times. Overall I am always happy to be there though!

I got the grand tour and saw all of the special workout rooms, childcare, coworker space, Pickleball courts, pools, recovery, areas, cold, plunges, saunas, and more. I loved how vast the actual gym floor was, with plenty of machines and free weights, everything you could think of, and not too crowded. Although it was a Saturday afternoon, I get the feeling that it's never unbearably crowded. They have enough machines to go around to avoid long lines. I got a great workout in, and then we hit the showers. We went in the sauna for a bit, as well as switched between the hot tub and cold plunge, it was really nice. I love that the locker rooms have everything you need, large and small towels, toiletries, and hairdryers The showers are hot with great water pressure and everything feels very clean. I had such a nice experience here. However, I don't think it's worth the membership price. Not only is it almost half an hour from me, but even if it was two minutes away, i don't think i could justify the $330 a month price tag. There's just not enough value there.

Seems very efficient for smaller towns and cities to share costs like this. The gym was very reasonably priced. A tad bit too far from my neighborhood, but if you live in the area, it's worth looking into. I was looking for magazines for a vision board project so I asked the library if they had any they were throwing out. They just did some recycling, darn it, but took my name and number for the next time. Sure enough, they did call and give me a stack of magazines, so that was nice of them! Found about this place as I was getting my taxes done with DABC (Denver Asset Building Coalition).

Getting back into a regular exercise program after 5 years of sitting on my duff figured to be a challenge, but Andrzej helped me gradually gain the strength and confidence to do it. The facility on 44th is always clean and organized. Even on busy days there are enough stations and equipment available for everyone. The variety of weights, machines, treadmills, elipticals, TRX, rowers and other equipment insures you can work every muscle from head to toe. The upstairs fitness room is a great place to stretch or do body weight exercises. The nice thing about the facility is how it welcomes all ages and fitness levels. Men and women share the space. And members have access 24-7. The staff greets you as you arrive and leave during daytime hours. I worked out for years at a couple of the big national fitness chains and some days would leave as soon as I arrived becauseof the crowds and high pressure atmosphere. I get massages monthly, but I swiftly learned that body work is MUCH different!! Kayt was incredible. She explained what was going on with my issues as she worked. The most knowledgeable person I have ever spoke to regarding physiology & repair. I have been rehabbing my neck for months now, and what she did in one 90 min session was more than all of my PT and regular massage work COMBINED! She helped and explained why my foot falls asleep, she helped with my jaw clicking, and I have range of movement with my neck and arm that I haven't had in years. I'm not joking. I've been able to sleep again. She went beyond my paid time to fully finish some techniques, she wrote me up an email with some exercises to do, and she gave me a list of specialized areas for the next body work specialist to focus on. I only wished I lived in Denver so I could see Kayt regularly. She has changed my life and I'm wonderfully grateful for her knowledge & skill. BOOK WITH KAYT.

They have a lap pool and they also have a warmer pool that includes a lazy river and a couple of lap lanes, along with the children's play area. We were there on a weekday afternoon well swim lessons were going on, but had plenty of space to use one lap lane and the lazy river. They have a set of steps to enter by the lazy river and they have a chairlift that enters into one of the lanes. There's also a hot tub that has steps with a rail to get in. In the family locker room there are two accessible changing rooms with a bathroom and shower, including a shower bench and adjustable showerhead. They have an automatic door opener, which is phenomenal, however, the lock is up pretty high, which makes it less accessible for wheelchair users, and short people. there are two other changing rooms in the family locker space that don't have the automatic button, adjustable showerhead, or shower bench, or grab bars on the toilet, but are still fairly large and have space for a wheelchair user There was plenty of accessible parking and automatic doors to get into the building. The space exiting was pretty tight due to how they have the chairs arranged, somebody with a larger wheelchair may have to exit through the entry lane. We also used the steam room, there was no automatic door, but the door wasn't terribly heavy. We've been to lots of rec centers in the Denver Metro area, and this is definitely one of the most accessible
