I love where this store is located! It is part of a much much larger complex area, but with the way that the parking lot is situated, it is more or less private lol! This was a Hallmark store years ago, but after their rebrand they are now the Paper Store! Inside is neat and clean always! Staff is always very friendly and very helpful, oh and super knowledgeable!!!! I have bought many a card here over the years, and their selection is stellar!!!!! I have also purchased precious moments and other items similar to that over the years. During the Christmas season, the store gets really festive. We usually do our yearly ornament shopping here for specific ornaments! They also do ship to store for free!! And if you need to return something, they take care of it as well. GUYS!!!!!!! THEY SELL BAGS WITH THE PAPER THINGY INSIDE IT!!! Yes yo pay an extra dollar or 2 more, but hey, I have no idea what to do, and they usually come with a card! The staff were polite and courteous, gave us suggestions, and helped us find what we were looking for. They even went above and beyond and checked the back. We left with some great items and great prices, along with some ornaments. The store was incredibly festive for the holiday season and it was a fun experience. It was decorated well and was clean and organized. The items they sell are high quality, which commands some of the higher pricing. Catch a sale and use the coupons for some deals. Recommended!!!

I arrived Wednesday evening to pick the prints and was told scornfully "I told you Thursday or Friday" . The man was not only wrong but very combative in his tone and language. I can understand if the prints were not made by the set pickup date but I can not understand the need to act defensively and the attempt to shift blame onto me, the paying client. The man told me I could come back Thursday and I asked if he was positive and he confirmed. He said he would text me when they were done and I left. I walked in Thursday afternoon and the man said "you're here to pick up the prints aren't you, I told you Thursday or Friday and that I would text you". He wasn't apologetic he was annoyed. I countered he confirmed they would be ready Thursday and he became even more argumentative and dismissive. Regardless of the pick up times that were argued, this is extremely poor customer service. I paid in advance for a service which was not rendered in the agreed upon timeframe and instead of being accommodating or at the least kind about it I was met with contempt and made to feel like I was an annoyance. This is inexcusable. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

I really appreciated their getting in touch with me; and calling twice shows how much they care about their customer's satisfaction. I think they also really care about the details of their work and their communication with any problems, so hearing that I was unhappy with both was upsetting for them. Unfortunately the invitations had already been sent out by the time they called, so there really wasn't anything to be done, and I am still relatively unhappy with the printing which is what counts in the end. In retrospect (and after a few months calming down about the piece) there were a few issues that were not anyone's fault that converged with this job, (vacation of point person, miscommunication about ink coverage, etc) and a few mistakes on both the printer's part and on my part that led to the problems. As the printer's contact said "we both probably learned a few things". I will say they were very accommodating with my MANY questions, including questions about how we could lower the price, which they helped with significantly. I would say Swayspace is probably as much of a perfectionist as I am, which is what you want in a printer. I did get a whole lot of compliments on the invitation, and the bride was very happy. So, although I am not completely happy, as least the client is! In short, I would definitely give these guys another go. I think in retrospect the issues I had were either just unavoidable, or miscommunications. And the piece made the client very happy.
