Rosanna sounded very promising over the phone with my fiancé about our vision, so I was very excited to meet with her for the first time to go over details. When I arrived, she was not there. When I had texted her that I am outside her office, she sent her partner (who was a very nice guy) to show me invitation samples. Although he was her business partner, he didn't know much about invitations. Him and I spent ONE hour at the office, both being clueless while waiting for her arrival. To her defense, she had an emergency with her children, in which I totally understand. I finally met her and spent another hour going through details of the vision I had of our invitation. I left feeling mentally exhausted trying to explain to her partner my vision during the first hour and then re-clarifying it again during the second hour. I DID leave feeling that Rosanna would deliver my vision. Two weeks passed by... then three weeks passed by.... no words about quotes or any updates. So I texted Rosanna for the update and status. She said she would have a quote for me at the end of the week. .... end of the week came, still no response. I didn't want to be an annoyed customer asking for updates (although I didn't understand why I had to keep asking for an update)... and Rosanna never responded. We used fragile sea shells for escort cards (and had some last minute seating changes), and Gabby did an amazing job on that project - even repackaging the shells perfectly in a box with layers of bubble wrap for us to transport to the venue. Gabby is very talented and you can tell she truly cares about her work and making sure her clients get exactly what they need. I would recommend her to anyone.
