Well sorry doesn't fix the fact that I have a broken car for half a month AND NO TRANSPORTATION! No offered rental, no compensation. Each day I pay for a car payment and insurance payment that I can not use due to this office and it's companies errors. Despite numerous calls. no one will step up and take care of my situation properly. These morons can't even find my car parked in my driveway. I hope the car comes back a total loss so I can drop this insurance AND NEVER COME BACK! I'll also be looking into suing for financial loss due to their negligence. BEWARE OF ERIC! Your mailbox will be regularly spammed by his office trying to get you to come back in for more insurance. Not that it'll help you.
