This place is a joke they do not care about the patients just the check. Hmmm ghetto unprofessional…read moreand uneducated. I feel like they should go back to school and learn how to run a real rehabilitation center.

Hands down the most unorganized and unprofessional health care service I have ever experienced. I…read morehave had multiple appointments at both the Dundalk and Belvedere offices and have been extremely disappointed every single time. I first went to Multi Specialty eight weeks ago, following a slip and fall that resulted in a fractured tailbone and severe lower back pain. I was compelled to write this review specifically as a result of my experiences with Dr. Howard Stern. I saw Dr. Stern on two separate occasions, and met once with his physician's assistant when he was busy performing surgery. I have never in my life encountered a more unprofessional doctor. He could not even be bothered to read my chart, and knew absolutely nothing about my case or my injuries, despite seeing him multiple times. I expressed concerns over my extremely high pains levels, and wanted to discuss my medication, but it was a huge battle every single visit to just get refills of a very low dose drug. It was frustrating that the doctor would never write enough to last me until my next appointment, so I consistently ran out of the medication I needed. I hardly think I am someone who exhibits drug seeking behavior, and I felt insulted that Dr. Stern treated me as though I was only there to get pills. At one point I told him that I felt as though he was not listening to me, and was met with the response "Well I'd better be listening to you because I'm writing your prescription." He was very condescending, and I'm sure it was visible how upset I was over the entire situation. I went to my latest appointment following a MRI (that Multi Specialty ordered!) to have the results read, but Dr. Stern knew nothing of it and did not have the films to review. He instead walked out of the room without a word and returned several minutes later, telling me I could schedule my next appointment in the front. I asked about my MRI results, he huffed as if he was bothered by that request, and simply handed me a piece of paper and said "Here, you can read it." I am not a doctor, and do not know medical terminology, so I had to seek out a family member who is a PT to help me interpret the results on my own. It is obvious that Multi Specialty treats their patients as nothing more than liability cases looking to see how much money and/or medication they can receive. While I am sure there are some patients who are only there to see what they can get, I went to each appointment looking to work with in coordination with my doctor in order to heal and recover from my injuries. After the last appointment, I made it clear that I would not be returning and have since found a few doctor who is attentive, personable, and thorough. I am beyond disgusted with the lack of care I received at Multi Specialty, and would NEVER recommend their services to anyone.

They truly don't care about their patients. All about the money and insurance payments. Billing…read morerecharge you for months old visits! Crazy! I'm up to date with a zero balance. All the sudden they say I owe them for a visit 6 months ago! Can't recommend them. They truly don't care about you!

Hello, I have had 3 referrals to this pain management and if I knew my doctors were sending me here…read moreevery single time, I would have sought further assistance not knowing that I would be denied management care each time. I deal with excruciating pain crisis and my first two visits my encounter with the providers I didn't even get a chance to go in detail about my condition because I was over talked. The second visit was extremely difficult for me because I went there on the day I had to bury a love one and could barely walk and still was denied any help, my third visit went a little different had a longer conversation with provider but still felt as though I was being gas lit, again I was in pain so I reached out to another pain management myself. I received some news that a provider made a summary of notes with false information and released information that was never asked. What really concerned me about this Clearway Pain Management is not only are the patient's medical needs not being met but their employees are also being treated unfairly, I was told this by two random workers and it surprised me I was in awe when I was just there for a visit. I don't understand how it's so easy for addicts to get scripts and those with health conditions that can't be controlled have to literally fight the system for it or we die because we can't get help or our health issues are downplayed.
